Luigi's Restaurant was located in the Stone Building at 613 1st North Avenue. However, web searches do not confirm that this is still the case. However, the building is still there.

According to the Wlodarski's, the building was completed in 1910 to serve a number of music-related businesses.

They state that the building is reputedly the site of phenomena that include light fittings being interfered with, the sounds of disembodied footsteps and whispered voices, the smell of cigars and smoke, and the feeling of being watched.
